Parcella powered by CareNotes
About Parcella

We built Parcella for the person doing the caring at 2 a.m.

A daughter managing her father's dementia is doing clinical work with no training, no record, and no backup — while the agency that serves her and the payer that funds her are both flying blind. Parcella closes that gap for all three at once.

Caregiving at home
What changes

Three people are better off on day sixty.

The family

Paid, trained, and no longer alone

  • Qualified for the benefit they were already eligible for, in weeks instead of months
  • Coaching, care plans, medication tracking, and symptom guidance in the moment they need it
  • One place where the whole care team — including the physician — can see the same picture
The agency

More enrolled clients, no new hires

  • Families arrive pre-screened and pre-enrolled, not as a stack of paperwork
  • Compliance documentation is produced by the care itself, ready for audit
  • Remote monitoring reimbursement captured instead of left on the table
The payer or program

Visibility before the crisis, not after

  • Continuous in-home signal on the highest-risk members in the panel
  • Waiver and waitlist throughput that holds up to state review
  • Avoidable admissions addressed where they actually begin: at home

The evidence base

Powered by CareNotes. Powered by science.

Most caregiver technology begins with a product idea and looks for evidence later. CareNotes, the platform underneath Parcella, began inside an academic health system: designed, studied, and revised with real family caregivers at Indiana University and the Regenstrief Institute under NIH funding, then measured in a clinical pilot.

That's why a health plan, a state program, or a franchise network can put Parcella in front of families without taking a bet on an unproven intervention.

12% Reduction in caregiver burden
15% Reduction in behavioral and psychological symptoms of dementia
